For individual investors: regulations require that you meet a minimum net worth or income standard in order to receive investor information about our fund.

Are you an individual or married couple with net worth of at least $1 million? Or, if not, has your income exceeded $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (jointly with your spouse) in each of the prior two years, and do you expect to earn the same amount this year? Yes No

For organizations and other legal entities: different accreditation standards apply depending on what type of investor is requesting information.

Are you requesting investment information for a bank, insurance company, registered investment company, business development company, or small business investment company? Or, are you requesting information for a charitable organization, corporation, partnership or employee benefit plan with assets exceeding $5 million, or an employee benefit plan whose investments are decided by a bank, insurance company, or registered investment adviser? Or, are you requesting information for a trust with assets of at least $5 million, formed for a purpose other than investing in our fund, and guided by a sophisticated investor (as defined by the SEC)?
